Most tracking pages tell a customer that a number exists. Ours tells them where the freight is, what happened to it last, and when it lands — with every scan on the record.

The tracking system
Not a reference number and a shrug. Every one of these is on the page your customer opens.
The route travelled, where the shipment is now and what is left to run — not a status word with no place attached.
Location, time and the handler's note for each movement, in the order it happened. Nothing is quietly overwritten.
A printable receipt carrying a Code 128 barcode and a QR code, so it drops straight into your goods-in process.
The link works on any phone. Forward it to the person waiting at the other end and they see the same thing you do.
Transit times
Door to door, from collection to signature, on the services we run most often.
| Service | Typical transit | Cut-off | What the tracking shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Express courier | 1–2 business days | Same-day collection, booked before the afternoon cut-off | A scan at each handover |
| Air freight | Same day (3–8 hours within the U.S.) | Booked for the same-day flight window | Lodged, departed, arrived, cleared, delivered |
| Road — regional | 1–3 business days | Booked the previous afternoon | Collection, line haul, out for delivery |
| Road — long haul | 3–6 business days | Booked the previous afternoon | Collection, each terminal, out for delivery |
| Ocean LCL | 18–40 days | A week before sailing | Received, loaded, sailed, arrived, cleared, delivered |
| Ocean FCL | 14–35 days | A week before sailing | Stuffed, gated in, sailed, discharged, delivered |
Indicative ranges for planning, not a contractual commitment. Your quote carries the transit time for your actual lane, and the tracking page carries what has actually happened to your shipment.
How tracking works
Type or paste the tracking number from your booking confirmation. Spaces and dashes make no difference.
The map shows the route travelled, the current position and what is left to run.
Download or print a receipt carrying a scannable barcode for your own goods-in process.

Live animal transport
It is a documentation job with a flight attached. The crate has to satisfy the airline's reading of the IATA Live Animals Regulations, the health certificate has to be endorsed inside a window that is often only ten days wide, and the routing has to dodge embargoes and ground temperature limits at every stop.

Get moving
Send the lane, the weight and the date. You get a price and a collection window back, not a form letter.
